We are looking for a motivated student for a fully funded M.Sc. position at the Department of Biochemistry, Memorial University of Newfoundland, St. John's, Canada to explore the mechanistic roles of a specific diet in preventing and treating non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Ideal applicants will possess a strong academic background and a genuine passion for this research area. The successful candidate will receive training in nutritional biochemistry and gain experience in gut microbiome research, along with liquid and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry-based metabolomics
